Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order.
Only unused and sealed perfume samples or fragrance decants are eligible for a return.
Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service to receive return authorization and detailed instructions.
Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong fragrance or an incorrect atomizer size).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid loss during transit, as SillageStudio cannot be held responsible for returns lost in shipment.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected to confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In rare circumstances, processing delays beyond our control may occur, and we kindly ask for your patience in such cases.
Important Notes
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item for quicker resolution.
Responsibility After Delivery: SillageStudio is not responsible for any losses, damages, or theft that occur after delivery has been completed.
